Amy Lyles Wilson
Amy Lyles Wilson is a writer and editor based in Nashville, Tennessee. She received a bachelor's degree in English from Millsaps College and a master's degree in journalism from the University of Mississippi. She also holds a master's in theological studies from Vanderbilt University Divinity School.
She is a columnist and blogger for Her Nashville magazine and a contributor to Weavings: A Journal of the Christian Spiritual Life, The Spire, and the Northside Sun Magazine. Amy serves on the Advisory Council for the Department of Journalism at the University of Mississippi and on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Writing Alliance.
Amy Lyles's essay "The Guts to Keep Going" was featured on National Public Radio's "This I Believe" in March 2007. It also appears in This I Believe II: More Personal Philosophies of Remarkable Men and Women.
